It depends, but its usually at least a month old. It's been different per year, i believe we had one year where people who joined on the 16th of dec where able too xD Youre account should be safe tho.

I think I got some of the 2017 UR ones. Is there anyway to tell? I have 4 of them and when they were newborns they were all the same. 2 grew up one way and the other two grew up another way.
