talon turned away and ran off, her slender paws getting stuck in the sand every few steps. she turned around to see if turtle was following her. she found a place alone and realized that she wanted someone to comfort her- her best friend. no... they couldn't be friends anymore, right? she was unsure.

Shadow That Dances at Night
Shadow let out a rare purr as the statement was put in perspective. Turtle was officially his mate. The tom watched with amusement as Turtle seemed to be pulled off towards Talon. He was glad the two were getting along so well. Shadow had to admit he had been worried about how the rest of the tribe would react to putting some much trust on a newcomer, but killing Moon was exactly the act of loyalty she needed. A grin flashed onto his features, claws sinking gingerly in the sand. Everything was falling into place. Shadow rose to his paws, flicking sand from his pelt, and headed towards the entrance of the ship.

"Your loyalty is admirable." he mewed with a grateful dip of his head. "I just wish everyone felt the same way." Tempest continued, eyes narrowing out towards the sea. The gentle lapping of waves was always a calming relief. Outsides found the noise too loud, but the ocean was powerful and connected to their ancestors. The water reflects the stars at night, almost doubling the appearance of starpelt. "Keep the tribe safe." Tempest stated with a serious tone, eyes locking with Cloud's own. "I don't want to see you or anyone else's get hurt."

Flower cast a grateful glance towards Cloud before bounding off in pursuit of Crow. She assumed Minnow would be joining them soon enough. The untalented she-cat, or stubborn so-to-speak, found the prey not falling before her paws. Her crouch needed some work, but with multiple tries, she found herself with a small, old mouse. It would taste stringy, but it would do.

Sighing he smilled to Stream "Push me around, hah! I am maybe old, but I have still my fangs and claws...If he wants to play with me, it can become very messy" he said little sargastic tune.

We can't let the tribe starve!" she snapped, breaking the kindness of her former "Don't worry.", she didn't want to ruin her bossy reputation.
