"I'm Alfie." He perked his head up licking his wet lips. "What's yours? What is this place?" His broken leg was raised in the air after giving the pup too much discomfort to put pressure on it.

I fly into through the front of the house I had seen in the distance crashing into the ground letting out a screech. It was apparent that I was injured, and badly. A few moments before crashing down here, I had gotten ensnared in a trap and silver blood was dripping form my wings and leg. Despite having a high pain tolerance, I could feel this injury, and it hurt... bad.
I let out another screech.

(The dodge thing is only with range weapons and not fist fights/knives/powers though his reflexes are overall better than the average.)

Mary flattened her ears as she heard something outside. Her ears were sensitive and the screeches hurt her. Carter gritted his teeth as he heard the screeches. "What the hell is that?" he winced. "Language!" barked Mary, looking to him. "Sorry." he mumbled, going outside. He saw Lo and looked rather confused; he had never seen anything like Lo before.

I look into the eyes of the male who was now standing before me, my violet irises boring into his warning him. I could feel death upon me and knew what had to be done.
"I suggest you c-cover your eyes f-friend..." I manage to gasp out clenching my beak tightly.
When a phoenix died, a bright light was produced before said phoenix turns to ash, or in this case, moon dust. Should any creature look directly at the light, the chances of them being blinded were high. However, basking in the light of a phoenix's death created peace and calm for any being.

(Male sorry XD. So used to having female characters XD I fixed it!)

"That's horrible." said Mary, shaking her head a little. She sighed as Carter went outside. "I know he'll fix you leg once he returns." she said gently.

Carter was confused, but shut his eyes. "Today is the weirdest day ever." he stated, still very much confused.

Eli walked back towards the treehouse, and sat on an old swing on one of the higher branches.

I shut my eyes as my body starts to glow a soft silver, and as time progresses, it gets brighter and brighter. After only a few moments it become intensively bright making the world around me look like night despite being day.
The glow lingers for about 20 seconds before disappearing leaving only a pile of silver moon dust in it's wake.
