*EDIT* I didn't really want to do a lady as I hate drawing humans but I was screwing around so much I felt like I couldn't go back at that point so I guess now there's gonna be a lady here lol
Thought I'd go ahead and post this because I can't figure out how to fill up the bottom part. The original picture I was working with has a staircase
( http://www.panoramio.com/m/photo/4689979 ) and I just could not make that staircase!
If you have any ideas on how I could fill up the white space let me know, I couldn't think of anything.[/center]

This is really pretty!
I'm not really sure what more you could add- maybe some regular things people would take to the beach? Coolers, towels, umbrellas (?), etc. That kind of thing? ( ... I have to admit I've only been to the beach once, so it's nothing I'm an expert on, haha, but... ;D )
Or maybe some little details like stones and shells? O:
It looks great as is, though, even with the white space, so don't stress out if you can't find something that'll fill it. c:

Thank you so much! I like the idea with the umbrellas, I'll try to see if I can work them in there.

Really pretty art, but I hate the weather.
Just last night a huge wall of funnel clouds barely missed my town. Not to mention the heat and snowbirds. ;-;
But if you can get past all that, I suppose it is a pretty nice place to live.
And I agree, an umbrella would look very nice in this picture. Maybe add a little more color and some more shade. c:
Keep up the great work!

I wouldn't mind the heat, most of the time its hotter here than FL ( excluding Miami of course. ) I can imagine how annoying snowbirds and spring-breakers are! So sad to see the beaches trashed after spring break. Thank you for the lovely comments!
