((Recappers: Peachpaw talked to Falconpaw then headed off with Timberfrost to go hunting. They invited Echosong to join them and she agreed. Moonstreak and Aceheart ran into eachother and Moonstreak's waiting for a reply. Moonstreak's a rouge by the way. Leaftal had kits and is now in the Queen's den. Aseka has her kits out and they're playing with spacechicken's. That's about it.))

Peachpaw bounced happily after Echosong, happy to have a crowd. It was a warm day and her pale fur kept her warm against the cool breezes the blew occasionally. She scented the air joyfully, taking in the smells of the forest. She was happy.

Timberfrost followed with a smile on his face. He padded up behind Echosong and looked at her. "Thanks." He whispered to her, a feeling bubbled in his body, and made his tail quiver when he was around her. He looked at his apprentice and blinked happily. "Peachpaw, focus. We are hunting, don't scare away all the prey." He reminded her lightly, his voice not harsh at all, but somewhat teasing.

Peachpaw's face grew hot, "Errr...right." she said, only slightly embarrased. She scented the air again, "I smell rabbit." she whispered. Rabbit was rare in this part of the forest, so she grew excited. But she hid it, and stalked quietly forward.

Timberfrost watched her silently but stil smiled. "Make sure to not spook it, and trick it into running where you wanted it, and have it run right into your paws, or another cats paws, as in me or Echosong." He reminded her quietly.

Moonstreak ran through the woods, still searching for others. He skidded to a halt under a bush, black tail whipping back and forth. "So there are others..." he thought as he watched the two cats walking together. He saw that they were looking at something and his gaze followed theirs to a rabbit. Staying hidden, he decided to find out more about them before showing himself.

Peachpaw nodded, she thought she could smell another scent, but she was too busy focusing on the rabbit to pay any close attention. She got closer and closer...and pounced. The rabbit was unaware and darted towards Timberfrost. But suddenly, it turned, heading right into the bush where Moonstreak was hiding. She gasped, "Oh no...!" she mewed. She had lost it! Or had she...?

Moon could tell that the female was new to this hunting business, she seemed a bit wobbly with her decisions. She pounced and missed, Moon chuckled a bit, disappointed for her sake. He was about to come out and introduce himself when suddenly the light sound of pounding paws grew louder. Turning back to see the rabbit coming at him from behind, Moonstreak jumped up, the rabbit running underneath him. Timing it just right, he came down, cracking the white neck and ending the life. He grunted as he picked up the kill and walked out of the leaves.

Peachpaw stepped back in surprise as the tom stepped out with her rabbit, "Oohh...uhh..err." she stuttered.

Skyspirit trotted back into the medicine den, glancing at the herb stores. Then she trotted back out into the clearing. She noticed Stormkit not playing with the others and trotted up to him, "Ready to become an apprentice?" she asked him.

Eagletalon hurried out after Timberfrost, Peachpaw, and Echosong. But after they headed out to hunt, he turned a different direction. He was going to check and see if the berries were still there. Skyspirit had sent him out to see. Juniper berries, she had said. They would die soon and she needed as many as possible. Eagletalon trotted on fast paws to the spot where she had said they were.
