thirdly, i am a romance anime addict so i have a booty ton of suggestions
you may have seen them already but here i gooo: toradora {my fave anime},
into the forest of fireflies light {emotional rollercoaster and a movie},
tamako love story {so kawaii}, the garden of words {movie and amazing},
anohana {try not to bawl}, chobits {kind of strange}, kimi ni todoke {kawaii}
,bokura ga ita {sooo cute} and last but def one of the best, kimi no na wa.

OOH YES ROMCOMS. here are a few of my personal favorites:

- kaichou wa maid-sama <- favv omg
- ao haru ride
- ore monogatari!!
- gosick <- gets quite dark & serious

i honestly didn't think i would like it, because it's not the kind of anime I normally watch, but I agree it's actually really enjoyable!
