Leafclaw sighed. She just got in a little trouble with their leader, now she didn't really feel like doing anything. She looked at the mouse she had chosen. She poked it, and sighed. Resting her chin ln her paws.

fadedecho picked up the strong scent of lavender before beetlenose had even held it up to his face. he gave a slight shrug of his shoulders, "i don't know. this is a wild guess, but does it help clan-mates somehow?" he joked and gave a soft chuckle, then growing serious. he thought back to when they had discussed this awhile ago, and couldn't quite remember. "i... doesn't it help with stomachaches? i have no idea." he sighed, growing frustrated by the heartbeat that he wasn't able to remember such an easy herb. what a great medicine cat he would make. then, just as he was about to give up, he suddenly remembered, holding out a paw to stop beetlenose from blurting out the answer. "ooh! wait! it's for fevers, right?!" he asked, excitement growing as he realized he got the answer correct. he raised his tail proudly, for once, maybe he did have some useful skills.

sandclaw returned to camp, a few mice dangling tightly in his jaws as he padded over to the fresh-kill pile. typically in newleaf it was stocked highly but there wasn't much to the pathetic excuse for a pile of fresh-kill. his catch did make a small impact on it, however, and he seemed satisfied enough as he approached hollytail, a bit cautiously. sandclaw dipped his head politely, then looking up at his clan-mate and meeting her gaze steadily. "hello, hollytail." he meowed, wondering where this conversation was going to end up at. most likely not anything good. they never seemed to get along, and were practically always quarreling over the smallest and stupidest things.

Hollytail looked at Sandclaw. "Hello, Sandclaw." She replied dipping her head. She really had no idea why they were being so formal. "Maplepaw, be nice." She called out to Maplepaw who held Thornpaw firmly. She got off the small apprentice, and the five apprentices went back to their play fighting.

Beetlenose had tried not to laugh when he asked if it helped clan-mates somehow. "Y-yes it helps fevers!" She said proudly, sneezing dust everywhere. She licked her muzzle a few times before licking her paws. "Okay... What about.. this!" She asked, placing Burdock Root on the ground. What does Burdock Root do Fadedecho?" Beetlenose asked, innocently swiping her tail over the ground which made dust rise and cloud in certain places.

Tallwind glanced up from his mouse to see Leafclaw sulking. He quickly ate the remains of his prey before padding over. Tallwind sat in front of her with a lazy smile. "Hey Leafclaw, what is wrong? You look sad," He stated, licking his lips and his paws, but not taking his gaze off the she-cat.

I got in trouble with Swiftstar." Leafclaw meowed sitting up. She looked at the rom and asked. "Why do you care?"
