The entrance was just there. Eglantine flew higher, between the burning sides. She was just there... Suddenly she cried out as the fire touched her wing, but her power just sucked up the sound. Nothing to be heard. Eglantine felt tears in her eyes at the burning pain, but she flew higher. She was past the entrance now, she just needed to get Diana past. A few wingbeats later Diana was through as well.

But Eglantines power made all sound disappear. Eglantine didn't hear what Diana said. The primary feathers on both wings were burned, and that made it really hard to fly. But despite the pain she flew on. They were over the cage now, and as soon as she could Eglantine flew down and dropped Diana. She kept her power on but she dropped to the ground, exhausted. Her wings were hurting so much...

Eglantine took a deep breath and stood. She didn't need her wings for that. "we need to get away from here. The tiger might still see us." she told Diana.
