There's always http://www.random.org/. I used to use it to decide who won my adoptables. We each choose a number, and it chooses completely randomly.

Jerry02's wants three bumpers in one image and offered to pay two rares. Obviously, everyone would want to take the order to get the rares, and since there's two we can't split the payment evenly between three people. So we're trying to find a fair way to choose who gets to take the order. X3
