vent warning
so, we just had our primary election for our schools student council today.
i ran for treasurer.
i was one of the two people who made it past the primary election.
i have a 50-50 chance of winning now, but i'm scared the other girl will win just because she's popular.
i asked my friend what people in the class think of me, and she said that they always look at me like i have a disease.
it didn't offend me when she said it though, because i knew she was being honest.
i honestly think i'm pretty fat, and that it might be why i'm not very popular.
the other girl who made it past the election is popular & has the perfect body, so i'm pretty nervous.
if you have any tips to make my speech look better so i might just have a higher chance of winning, please pm me.
i really want this opportunity to actually do something that matters and prove to everyone that i'm not just some fat sack of potatoes.
idek with the fat sack of potatoes, it was the first thing that came to mind what-

just venting, you don't have to respond
\theres this girl at my school
she's like 30 pounds underweight and she's super skinny (not anorexic)
ok i guess i'm not overweight, but i have some chub in my stomach and thigh areas
she just really annoys me because she's always like 'i'm going on a diet' or 'i'm trying to eat healthier'
like ok you can eat healthy but i find it really rude that you're saying you need to go on a diet when you look like a freaking toothpick and you are in no wway overweight
for anything i'm trying to eat a little less a day and she packs a lunchbag with perfectly healthy food and she pushes it away
and says 'ew this is so unhealthy and fattening'
girl how are blueberries unhealthy
makes me feel really good knowing that i'm sitting next to you eating blueberries lol.
i just
i try really hard to loose weight and for you to kinda make fun of fat people by saying you need to loose weight hurts
sorry if this makes no sense but yeah;;
u can call me jay!

We just got a flash flood warning
It's a desert for gods sake, what in the world is happening
And the power is flickering on and off
I really hate this
And I'm soaking wet and cold

Yea, it's raining here too. Nevada usually doesn't get much rain but it's like a mini river formed in the gutters in my neighborhood ;0;

I want to scream.
I met this guy I met on an online dating app about a week ago and we've been talking every day since. I figured he'd ask me out eventually, and at this point in the conversation it just feels right for someone to ask someone out for coffee or something, but nothing of the sort is happening.
Curse my anxiety that prevents me from asking it myself. .-.

First off, congratulations. It seems like you've met someone who you can easily talk to, which is good, considering you met over a dating app. There are quite a few possibilities why he hasn't asked yet, perhaps you should give him a hint? Or you could just ask him yourself and face your fears. He could be having the same thoughts and anxiety, so you need to see it from his side. I say face your fear and just ask him. If he says no, don't take it personally, he's just not the right guy. There are plenty others out there who would be more than happy to have coffee with you. If he isn't one of them, don't waste your time on him. Anyways, I wish you well on whatever happens.

It makes sense, I can see why you might get frustrated, even jealous. But there's no reason to put yourself down because of your weight. Life isn't about weight or being "fat" or "skinny". If anything, life is not anything related to that. Also, the numbers on the scale? You are worth more than those numbers. Don't let people that are healthy get to you. Instead, try to be more like them. I'm not saying you should go on a risky diet just to loose a few pounds. You could try to eat healthier and less, but not to the point that it makes you dangerous underweight or underweight in general. You should be happy with your body just the way it is because it's perfect, unique, beautiful, just like you. If anyone else says otherwise they're completely wrong and not worth worrying over. Also, instead of just trying to focus on the eating, be sure that you drink plenty of water and exercise. Perhaps try out for some sports. I'm involved in many sports and I'm very healthy, so I would suggest running or anything of that type. If your school has sports, that's even better. Try exercising with a friend for competition.

Stay safe. Stay indoors. Things will turn out alright in the end.

Don't think about who needs you, think about what you need. Think about what you want. Think about how your choice will affect them and what's best for all of you together. Oh, and go feed your poor cat if you can. Then yourself. Decisions are hard to make sometimes, but in the end it's the choices that define who we are. Who are you? What's your decision? Choose wisely, take all of the time you need, and I'm sure that your friends and family will understand. If they don't, that's nothing you can really change, and I know you will have the judgement to not let it get to you.

is that too much to ask?
to the above post, are you saying that because no one replied? if that's the case, please do keep in mind that your post was most likely overlooked. it was at the bottom of a page a few pages back. but that doesn't mean it's too much to ask for. i understand, so so so much. i'm sure your friends and family love you, and you'll find love someday. someone out there is thinking the same thing as you, possible the one that's meant to be with you, and you'll find each other someday. don't loose hope. as for friendship and family love, your friends love you very much. i know this because if they are your true friends then that friendship is based on your guy's love. so please don't think otherwise, people do love you, even if it doesn't seem like it at times.
