I don't want to startle you, but if the cramps are severe something may need to be looked at.
My little sister complained of horrible cramps and they found something serious.

Obviously I don't know how old you are or the laws and such with regards to this kinda stuff where you live, but if you can get to a doctor without your mom and just have an appointment without her, I'd really recommend it. I don't know how bad your cramps are, but seriously painful ones could be a sign of something else wrong, and no matter the outcome, it's always better to feel silly for going to the doctor and it not being much at all rather than potentially having something else going on. I also know that doctors are quite scary to people (especially if it's something new that you've never done on your own), so maybe take a friend, an older sibling or someone you trust with you to give you that bit more comfort with the situation?
I'm guessing you already have, but take a look online at methods to helping cramps pain - stuff like yoga poses n such too, since they've helped me in the past. Something that gets me through those worst sets of cramps is having something heated on my lower tum (and the small of my back as well, if it's really bad). I have a little bean-filled owl thingamajig that I stick in the microwave for a minute so it's nice and warm for several hours while I go to sleep. I think there's also heated like, sticky pad things that you can attach to your stomach that also keep heated, so you can wear them moving about? Lavender scent is a really soothing smell that helps to make people calm and sleepy, I find, so maybe give that a try to help if you can't sleep. I hope this helped a little <3

It's getting on my nerves, i don't have time to be stalked -.-
Lowkey know how you feel. My ex practically stalked me for two months after we broke up Plus, one time, like two weeks ago I found out that my ex came over at around 11 at night and shoveled my yard. His excuse was that he was just "In the neighborhood". I'm sorry, can you repeat that? You were just walking around in my neighborhood... With a shovel?!?

Try taking Midol. Also, avoid caffeine and eat pickles. (Vinegar helps with cramps)

Ikr? I live in LA, and there is a woman march on Saturday in Hollywood, and I bet you we are all going to march against him. I hope something happens to prevent this monstrosity to become our president. (i dont mean to offend anybody; its just my opinion)

Oh gosh, you're right!! I'm really nervous about what he's going to do, but on the bright side, we have the rest of our government to sort of keep him in check? I know he's bad, (okay sort of terrible) but at least we won't have anything TOO stupid happen.

im not sure if im in any place to say this but dont worry about anything! i used to take american civic classes
and from what i know is that there are checks and balances to make sure no branch has more power over the other. for example,
trump cant declare war without congress's consent, cant make any law into action without the supreme court and i believe congress's consent aswell. basically, the president is not a king. he can't make decisions all by himself and if he does-they can easily impeach him. : - )

most of the study guide is multiple choice, how do i study off of that uh??
Just focus on your process of elimination! It's a good skill to work on for everything. First, get to know the general idea of multiple choice. There's usually one or two answers you can know are wrong from the get go, and usually two thay both sound good. Focus on knowing those two and then just make the best educated guess you can make. Take a deep breath, drink lots of water and try to relax while you study. I believe in you!
@everyone discussing politics: this is a thread for safety and comfort, perhaps here is not the place to talk so vividly about your opinions. Everyone is allowed and entitled to their own opinions and should feel safe to share them, but in a respectful way. Do unto others as you would have them do, something along those lines. No matter what side your on, I think the best quote we can all think about now is Martin Luther King's words: "Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that." Everyone, on every side, needs to remember that. You accomplish nothing to further love by further spewing insults or hurtful opinions. Let's set a good tone for this year by honoring that above quote and believing in a better world. <3

Multiple choice can usually partially be deducted. Like, there'll often be at least one answer that you know is false. Just learn like you would for other factual tests and then use your Sherlockian powers of deduction to pick the answer that is true.
