I found out there's a boy and a girl and they're eleven weeks old; born on Halloween... now I'm waiting for pictures! They're orange tabbies she said too which is what my boyfriend is wanting.

I do that too.
Usually we get her wet food for treats, but this time we got PurinaOne.
We mixed it in with her dry food.
Any updates on your kittens?

I'm officially losing my mind, everybody. I was promised the woman with the kittens would call me and send pictures at around nine last night. I never heard anything. Sooo I called a few minutes ago, and they guy picked up and told me she works late and will call me sometime later today. I lied and said that I forgot to give them my number to act like that's why she couldn't call me back or something.

So; to recap so far...

I found the ad and called at 9/10am yesterday. A man answered and told me his girlfriend is who I need to talk to and asked me to call back in two hours, at 11.

I called at 11:30 to give a little extra time and the man answered and told me she wasn't home yet, he's sorry, and that I should call at 2.

I called at 2. The woman answered! (hallelujah!) She told me there are two "orange" kittens, one boy and one girl, and they were born on Halloween day. She told me she lost her phone charger and that when her boyfriend came back at 2 (it was already 2:15 when she said this so I felt like I was getting sucked into The Twilight Zone!) she'd send the pictures with his. She also said she'd send the pictures and then call me back and we'd talk about the kittens. I was like okay great.

Now it's 6pm, going on 7pm. I never received pictures. I decided to call back thinking "Okay, maybe she still couldn't use his phone but I'm pretty sure I want one of these kittens anyway so I'll just call and tell her so and offer to ask any questions and tell her about my cats and they go to the vet and everything. Then I'll tell her I'd like to pick one up Thursday." So I called and the man answered and told me she had to go into work and she'd be home at 9 and would send me pictures. Once again, I was like "great." I emphasized to him that I'm REALLY interested and would like to see if I could pick one up Thursday. He said that was great and he'd have her call me at 9 so we could discuss.

Fast forward now it's 10:30. I'm thinking "SERIOUSLY?!!?" I go to bed.

I slept super late and turned of my alarm (oops) so I woke up like forty minutes ago. I called again and well, you know that part. I swear, I feel like the kittens aren't real at this point haha. I worry that I seem really pushy and weird but they DID tell me every time to call or I called because they said THEY'D call and never did.

I don't think I'm being messed with or something crazy like that, I just think I must've called on a bad day because they seemed genuinely excited that I'd take a kitten. If I can't get one from them, I'll keep an eye out until I find another 10-14 week old kitten.

@meow,, I saw your post about cat allergies and some of your posts in here and I feel so sad for you </3 it makes me remember when I was younger and desperate for a puppy to have and love, or a cat that I could keep inside with me. We had a strictly outdoor dog and several strictly outdoor cats, but they were kinda feral. Most of them weren't super social or cuddly. I hope you can work things out and maybe determine a safe way to have a kitten. I think introducing the dog and the cat very very slowly would help. Haha... My cat also does this. If you pet her enough she'll leave.

Someone recently commented on one of Millie's instagram pictures, and they said the disc / ring she had on her collar was very bad? Does anyone know anything about this? (She lost the collar and the disc anyway so she doesn't wear it anymore)

I don't find anything wrong about it, they might not like how it looks maybe, but it could also be dangerous are cat who Is now 4 years old, almost died as a kit because she was wearing a collar around her neck and it was too tight.

I've never head of anything wrong with those. I mean, as long as the collar it's attached to is a breakaway.
