They will not make a custom for your birthday or anyone elses. This is the reason why they made these cake dogs so that eveyone would have a cake for their birthday.
The staff is getting more generous every holiday, especially as the staff grows! And also, asking for a custom is the first way to not get a custom. Check out 
like for example we could do a special event when you can only get these pets once, and only once and there could be: red pandas, gorillas,etc. and it could be to promote animal awarness that there are becoming less and less of these species' and the lineart could be used for this special event just for once, and I think it would give users a new look at CS and also help promote wildlife conservation
