Wolfstar barely got any sleep, his thoughts haunted by the worrisome nature of the twolegs approaching. With a long, low groan, he stood up once more, glancing at Palelight before exiting his den. Of course, he saw Stormface, up and ready like she usually was.
Stormface leapt up onto the rock where she always made her announcements, sucking in a deep breath. "I'd like for Crowpath to lead a morning patrol, please take Honeypaw, Tawnysong, Redfeather, Swanfrost, Palelight, Ashpaw, Blizzardfire, Flintpaw, and Amberflight with you! She yowled a long stream of names, just as she had promised Wolfstar. She quickly added onto her announcement. "And everyone, please be careful of twolegs! Wolfstar has informed me that they are wandering dangerously close."
Crowpath had woken up early, finally getting a good night's rest for the first time in a little while. He was relaxing outside, when he heard Stormface request to lead a morning patrol. It was unusually long, but the reasoning was soon explained. Twolegs. With a soft sigh, he silently headed to the entrance, where he sat and waited for the rest of the patrol.
Sakura got up earlier than usual, even before her twolegs were up, and slipped past the cat door. She doubted even the clan cats were out and about by this time, so maybe she would be given some time to explore without interruption. Successfully, she crossed Mistclan border and trekked through the territory without bother, but she eventually came across an odd place. There were a few different big, white monsters sleeping in a clearing. Her curiosity getting the best of her, she approached the monsters, but something grabbed her and lifted her up. She squirmed as much as she could, but it wouldn't let go. As she looked back, it was a twoleg, but it wasn't her own, it was an unfamiliar one.
She yowled and kicked, but with no success as they carried her into the twoleg monster, placing her inside a cage, slamming it shut and locking it. The left, closing the monster doors and leaving it pitch black inside.
