Patchshadow nodded, picking up Littlepaw by the scruff once again, speeding off towards camp. He struggled to move swiftly and avoid tripping on his numb paws. He stumbled into camp, heading straight to the medicine cat den, then dropping the limp apprentice by Softpetal's paws. Patchshadow took a raspy breath and flopped down, still trembling slightly from the chills of the water. "Give me a moment," He wheezed, curling up into a tight ball.

Flintpaw pressed herself to the side of the medicine cat den in a attempt to keep out of the way as the other more injured cats entered the den including Littlepaw who was looking slightly better than before but still very wet and very cold. As she huddled into the wall she gave another massive shiver which reached all the way to the tip of her tail.

Clawpaw ran in the medicine cat's den. "Save my little brother, please! I'm begging you, Softpetal!" Clawpaw sobbed. Nobody had ever seen the huge grey tom act like this. Usually he was a perfectionist, a brute. But now he acted more fatherly, more caring. Clawpaw watched in horror as his brother coughed up more water, as he shivered violently. Littlepaw looked so.. cold.

Softpetal sits next to Flintpaw, giving her some juniper berries and hurriedly starts to lick her fur the wrong way. "Ashpaw, you continue doing what I'm doing and I'll deal with Littlepaw." Licking Littlepaw's fur, she puts an ear to his chest. She stands and puts her forelegs on his chest, and starts to press down every now and then, "I think he's got water in his lungs..." Softpetal murmurs, while passing Flintpaw and Patchshadow some burnet, noticing their exhausted faces.

Softpetal helps at Sagemint, "Sagemint! Come help please, Halfpaw needs to have her pelt licked up the wrong way" She didn't have enough paws to deal with so many injuries. Continuing pressing down on Littlepaw's chest, she notices him cough out some water. Getting closer, she gives him a juniper berry, a little bit of Poppy seeds and chews up some coltsfoot and applies the pulp to him. Breathing heavily, she continues pressing down on Littlepaw's chest.
