Luka

Luka has somewhat wild hair that has an assortment of colors but she usually wears what appears to be a plague doctor mask, but it appears to have an assortment of paint handprints on it. she wears a tanktop and shorts that almost reach her knees, knee high socks that are black and blue striped and arm stockings of similar colors, and boots. she isn't all that tall either. her wings are about the normal size bit frilly with a spiky sort of shape and a mixture between purple and teal

History: Luka is an orphan who was found by Caelan and she decided to join the Rainbow Resistence as a fighter. Why Luka is so capricious is unknown but some thing it may have derived from loosing family a while ago but she has even said that's not the case, some are still looking for the answer but it wont be revealed until later (im sorry i don't have much)
