Tide jerks but steps in front of Flower, growling at Jay, "What are you doing in Tribe waters?" Tide lashes his tail, which was parallel from the ground. His sudden outburst of confidence disappears, but he holds his composure, there was no backing down now.

he meowed again, but just before she spoke. he heard the cats meow.. or maybe it was just one cat? well, whatever how many cats there was, one was a she-cat. he backed up into the waves. now.. another cat spoke? He let out a tiny growl, as he stayed put in the water, his own tail lashing slightly.

Tide's hostility fades, "What are you doing in the Tribe's land?" He asks the shadowed cat in front of him. Not able to realise it's a young cat, he stays firm.

Flower That Blooms in Shade
The she-cat regained her demeanor after the fright, stepping forward to stand at Tide's shoulder to confront the intruder. "Who might you be? Are you a rogue?" She was a slightly less informal with her introductions considering she had not been taught how to handle a border dispute yet. The to-be was behind on her training. The silky fur along her shoulders ruffled, preparing for the worst even though she did not want to appear hostile if it was a friendly interaction. "My name is Flower That Blooms in Shade, but you may call me Flower." Flower thought it polite to introduce herself, noticing the flustered aura given off by the intruder.
