The Silky Dik Dik Community - Poll!

Due to small amounts of territory space, these Dik-Diks migrated upward. Instead of calling the warmer African grasslands home, the Silky Dik-Diks naturally reside in the cooler, wetter African Highlands.
Over the last few decades, this sub-species caught the eye of researchers and they have been taken into the world of humans for domestication. Breeders are now able to offer friendly, easily tamed dik-diks to people who want something a little... different... in their pastures!

i have yet to own one of these cuties, but I've enjoyed seeing this species evolve from it's beginning stages c: at first I found it cute and now it's cute and logical haha.

      lovely adopt as always dia.

but these are so very original and yus.

probably going to work on goofy chibs of these guys later.

I don't own any precious babs from these amazing adopts, but I'm definitely on the lookout! Really love the new spin on this real-life species, especially since its always been a favorite of mine >ω<

Quick question:
Since these are a tameable species, are they able to interact with other adoptables that can canonically be owned by humans?
(i.e. horse species like WMEs, more fantasy like species like Starries).

Just was wondering because I do have a developing character and home who takes in some adoptables I have. So I wanted to check if any Silky Dik-Diks I won in the future could possibly live on her properly or if I would have to keep them in their own canon world and such ^^

Hopefully that all made sense. I'm currently on my phone, but I can link the species I had in mind if you would like. Also if you'd prefer I addressed this elsewhere,I'd be more than happy to delete this ^^

Also can't wait to see these possible goofy chibis cx

wolfpuppies -
Great question! Yes! If they are tamed it would only make sense that they could interact with other owned species. c:I think I'll totally have Fruitcake interact with one of my WME hehe

I think they would be great companion critters for bigger species like WME or even some of the more realistic adopts out there as well. I think I saw in a stream someone wanted to get one to sit on their Khim hehe

Thanks for getting back to me so quick!
And that's awesome. I'll have to decide whether I want my new baby to be with my couple WMEs or with the characters who have been taken in by my human.

Super excited to see what everyone will be doing with their Dik-Diks~ ^w^
