Lightfur caught Paleblaze's eye, smiling. Hopefully we can talk again later. He winked at her, then disappeared into the crowd, his icey gaze turning strangely warm.

Paleblaze almost melted as she saw Lightfur's gaze. It's like when I look at him...I see something else... she thought as she shook her head when she saw Lightfur was away.

Burn looked at Raven and smiled. "When do you think we'll be made apprentices?" he asked his adoptive brother as he looked at Sunstar. I kinda miss Fawnstar.... he thought with a sigh. ((wb))

Raven smiled softly, thinking of becoming a warrior. "Probably when we find the new forest, and settle down," he mewed softly.

Lionheart chuckled as he looked at her, he purred. He took another step forward, getting closer to her. His pelt was slightly touching hers as he chuckled again; "It depends if you stay then." He purred, "Just to find out." His eyes glittered with humor and the hope she would stay.

She gave him a small smile. "Maybe my curiosity will get the best of me." She glanced at Burn and Raven and couldn't help but overhear the word "warrior". She sighed softly. I don't want to be a warrior... What happened to our plans, Raven? What happened to carrying out Adderstar's plans, to ruling the forest together? What happened toyou?

Silentstorm smiled at Fallingrain and purred.

Sparrowkit nodded happily. He smiled at Heatherkit, excited he was going to ride on Blossomfall's back again.

Raven glanced at Star, almost reading her mind. That was kit talk... I found the place I belong, Star, and I dont want to rule the forest anymore. He sighed, then turned back to Burn.

Lionheart smiled back, "Hopefully you will," He chuckled to himself as he gave the pretty she-cat an smirk. Looking back at the sky as he continued to walk, he wondered if he should be walking with the other deputies but he didn't care. Maybe in the future, we could get to know eachother more, get to trust eachother and possibly more. As his thoughts circled in his mind he suddenly felt guilty about Leafcreek, his mate. He looked up into the sky; I'm sorry Leafcreek he thought, I didn't know this could happen so soon.
