A few days ago, I accidentally switched off comment notifications through the bell because there was this really active thread I posted in once that was annoying me, and I thought it would only turn off notifications for that thread. I went into the settings today, and ticked the box saying that I'd like to receive notifications about my comments on other videos, but I'm still not getting bell notifications. =/ Google search gives me results about email notifications, which isn't what I want.
Never mind, it's working now.
