Tide nods in agreement, "True, but, Turtle has always seemed off, and she was the one to lead Moon out in the first place..." He murmurs, deep in thought. As Flower leant away, he relaxed, his tail curling up around his paws. Tide was worried about the clan, wondering what would happen now that Moon has died and Tempest has the blame. Tide yawns, stretching his front legs.

Wave spins around to Cloud, just as he started yelling out his opinion. Her tail lashes, "Don't tell me that you believe he did it as well. Have all of you lost your faith in our leader?" Wave stared down Gaze in particular, wondering why he flipped so quickly.

Gaze's fur laid back down some, seeing how the captain seemed so stressed from the situation. He stepped forward to Tempest, head hung low and obvious sadness in his eyes. "Oh Tempest, i don't want to believe it was you, but there is no evidence saying it wasn't you! Not only was your scent the only one on the corpse, but Turtle has clearly been battered too." he muttered, then looked back towards the tribe. "I don't want to see you go.. but for now, i think an exile is in order. It will make the other tribe cats feel more at ease with the only suspect gone. I will be consulting with the surgeon and my best sailors, though. If it truly wasn't you, you will get justice in the end, just give us time." He mewed to the tom, then slunk back into the crowd, trotting as quickly as he could over to Rain.

Turtle nodded, turning to start heading towards camp. At first she went at a trot, but picked up the pace to get there as fast as possible. "I want you guys to focus on making Gaze feel bad for you. Being a cat of such high power, manipulating him to think HE was the cause of this all for not properly protecting his own clan. Hopefully this will cause him to step down when tempest is exiled." she murmured to the other cats, the ship in the distance.

Shaken, Fox took a few steps back, "I'm gonna...Breeze, I'm gonna head home," he bounded back towards the medicine den, realizing exactly why he wasn't supposed to help. This was okay! Just a slight setback to helping, right? Reaching the den, he immediately squirmed in with Rain, eyes wide. There was no way he was sleeping, tonight.

I laid down in nest I had claimed in the medicine den, and curled up to the best of my abilities, but I was unable to fall asleep. I kept thinking of Moon, and how different it was without her. I was used to hearing her soft breaths at night as I fell asleep, and I was just used to her prescence in general.

He narrowed his eyes at Gaze, and glanced at Tempest. "Excuse me," he meowed, getting up and prowling over. "What if Tempest didn't do it?" He growled. "What if Turtle was lying? What if they just don't know who it is, and only think it's Tempest?" He growled, turning his gaze to Turtle.

Gaze let out a harsh hiss, whipping around to stare at Heron. "You have no clue what we are talking about, hard to deny proof from both ME and turtle, isn't it? I said he would get the justice he deserves if he really didn't do it, but for now you just butt your nose out of it and keep high alert on the barrier." he spat, angry at how any of the other cats could even deny Tempest not being somewhat guilty with the proof already given. "Now if you would excuse me, i must talk to Rain." he muttered.

The pale gray and white tabby she-cat curled her tail protectively around the ginger apprentice, and thought as she tried to get herself to fall asleep once more. What if Fox is one of the cats in the prophecy?

Fox cuddled closer, shaking ever so slightly. Despite his assumptions of being unable to rest, he was soon calmed by the fact that he knew Rain would not let anything hurt him, and that they were very safe in the medicine den. Still, quietly, he spoke, "Rain..?" his voice was soft and shaky and still a bit afraid, "Why would someone hurt a kit?"

The pale gray and white tabby she-cat sighed, and replied to her apprentice. "I don't know, Fox." Rain noticed his fear, and began grooming his fur, as an attempt to calm him down.
