3 month rule, so another 2009 rare within 3 months of November.
~2 2010 rares
~4 2011 rares
~8 2012 rares
and the numbers doubles per year is what most people value pets by.

What is my 2008 VR ice rat (list pet) worth? How many 2009 rares would it be worth?

Rarity wise, a Blue Rose & Seal PPS. In 2009 rares, it's worth about 52-61 mixed '09 rares.
Since it has poor demand, it goes for less, less depends on your trading partner.

Is the UR Peach still approximately valued at around a Spotted Tribal? I know it's not officially on the list; an answer in this thread from a little while ago said it was worth about that much and I wanted to know if any sort of consensus had been reached elsewhere. Again, I know its value isn't official.

Most people value it between a sorbet to non. It depends who you trade with, many value it differently and like you said, there's no list placement yet so it's hard to tell it's exact worth.

They are all worth the 3 month rule, but as a set they go for some overpay depending on how much your trading partner is willing to give.
