Gaze gently pushed night towards the medicine den with his muzzle. "Don't worry dear, me and the other sailors will take care of this. I need you to stay back, we don't want anyone else to get hurt.." he murmured, before turning to stare at tempest. sorrow filled his eyes, and he couldn't stand staring at the captain any longer. "i thought we all could trust you, Tempest.. how could you?" he murmured.

Turtle purred at the cat, gently stepping closer to him "Oh, i guess i just come up with good ideas." she murmured with pride, then let out a small cough. "I have an idea to make it seem like you all aren't.. rogues. No offense, but the tribe will be suspicious of you and me if i just show up with what i claim to be a whole bunch of rogues." she murmured, rolling her eyes at how gullible the tribe has been so far. "We will drive tempest out and make him an outcast, no harm should come to any of the other cats, though.. especially wave. Just go along with what i say for now, alright?"

Wave's head whiplashed around to face Flower "Shut it Kit, go to the Medicine den like Gaze said" Her eyes were slits, tail lashing. Wave looks scary, and angry, not helping the situation. She rushes out to the entrance, watching. She peered over a couple of cat, spotting Tempest.

Tide scrambles to the medicine den, his head stuck up to look for Flower. In the flurry of moving cats, he left Flower. Not sure how she's taking this, his tail flicked with the slow uneasiness that something's not right.

Fox hurried to follow the commotion, and immediately crashed into Gaze. Knocked back, he blinked before hurriedly jumping to his feet, "Sorry sir!"

The pale gray and white tabby she-cat shook her head slowly, as if she simply couldn't believe what had happened. I know Tempest, and he wouldn't harm a kit, would he?

Fox looked up at the lieutenant suddenly with wide, bright eyes, "I want to help," he answered, "I know you have a field medic, but you can surely use two! I want to help!"

Gaze stared down at the surgeon apprentice, then glanced back at tempest. a cold shiver went down is spine as he realized the kit's young age. "No, it's not safe for you, but you can do something for me," he whispered, glancing over towards the ship "Get breeze for me, she is older and our field medic." he faked a small smile, then turned back to tempest. what was taking Turtle so long?

Fox was a bit disappointed, but at least he was able to be helpful! Giving a determined nod, he bounded off towards the ship, "Breeze!" he called when he neared it, "Breeze? Where are you?"

Stumbling over his words, Fox stopped to collect his thoughts. Everything was suddenly sinking in. He knew someone had died, but he did not know who or by whom they were killed. Finally, he managed to speak, "Someone got killed, and they need you to help as field medic while they go track them down. I don't know all the details, not yet, but we need to hurry..!" he paused, thinking. Oh, he didn't want to lie, especially when it would mean disobeying two important cats... However, this was a different situation! "I was told to come with you, to help where I can!"
