I'm just a little confused, sorry if this is stated plainly on the first post[s] ^^, but does a mentor get to choose who they'd like to tutor, or are they assigned? Sorry, I've seen that Cynder- chose who she'd like to have tutored and I'm a bit confused ^^.

Well, the tutors (Teacup and Oboe) already have full classes. So, I'm pretty sure I'm getting the new members who wish to be students. ^^
