Bramblekit dug into his food, having. Even pretty hungry as well.

Sparkpelt watched them happily, his tail swishing.

Leafstar grunted. "That's the thing. It's always a life or death fight when it comes to Deathclan."

Bluesoul began eating her portion of the rabbit in quick famished bites.

Sootflower smiled at Mysticwater through her mouthful of squirrel fur. "Well, I suppose that's good enough..." she trailed off, shrugging to herself. Wiping the last few squirrel hairs from her tongue onto the pile next to her, she began to devour her food. Her stomach had been grumbling for a while and it was definitely a relief to be eating finally.

Sandwhisker looked around them in between the trees, searching for where the cat could be hiding. The scent was strong enough that he had to be close. He paced around, following the scent until it led him to a cluster of trees near where they had been talking. "It's strongest over here," he called out to Feralclaw, still only a few meters away. "They're over here somewhere, but I still can't see them." Sandwhisker flicked his tail in annoyance, ears laid back.

FeralClaw followed him cautiously, an annoyed growl came from him when Sandwhisker couldn't see them. "Where is that cat..?" He hissed quietly, looking around. The long haired tom sniffed the air, smelling the scent of the cat more clearly as they followed it. FeralClaw pricked his ears in a bit of frustraition, and lowered his head.

Torn's whiskers twitched with amusement as he watched them. He wasn't really worried about the one named 'Feralclaw', but his amber eyes watched Sandwhisker with interest. If I leave now it will alert them to where I am he thought as he crouched on his dark grey paws while on his branch.

"Yes, I hope they're fine and return soon" she mewed careful not tell about the prophecy, and cause a panic. Then she remembered about Slash telling her to work on working out the prophecy, and her mind wondered.

"Excuse me for a little Rani I'm going to get something to eat" she mewed padding out of the den, but the scent of Slash made her change direction. She padded toward him, What happened to him?! she panicked before dragging him to the healer den. Thank goodness there's space she thought getting him into the den, and to a old nest. "Rani, please get some fresh moss for a nest" she mewed before pushing her nose to Slash's, Fever, then she padded quickly to the medicine storage. "Feverfew, feverfew, feverf.." she mewed to herself, "We're out!" she growled to herself before padding back to Slash. "Stay calm I'll be right back" she mewed to him before dashing out of the den. After getting into the forest she halted, "I never learned where to get it.... Leafclan must have some" she thought as she picked up her pace to get to the border. At the border she picked her way carefully as she followed the scent of a cat that was on Slash. She noticed two cats near the border, but crept around them to continue following their scent. "I wonder where their herbs are stored?" she whispered before pausing to get a better trail of their scent.

Moon scanned around worried about Slash's condition. The mingled smells of cat, and the territory were almost indistinguishable from one another. Oh, Dusk your guidance, and wisdom is needed now she thought as she began to feel her heart tugging, What if he dies? All because of cats disappearing, and his sickness! . She growled at herself as she felt even worse from the sadness of loosing a cat to sickness that could have been helped. "I hope someone comes soon" she mewed to herself as she decided to walk in one direction until some cat came along, or she found the camp.

She followed the scent until could smell the scent of a few cats. "I think somewhere around here is the place where they all stay.

Forestpaw demonstrated how to collect moss, then he worked with her to gather enough for the nest. "That should be enough" he mewed before picking up his bundle, and padding back into camp and the apprentice den. He help her make the best, but froze when she asked him about the missing cats. What if she wanted to leave? But she needs to know? Would Leafstar want her to know? he thought hoping not to show that he was worried.

Leafpaw mimicked Forestpaw's actions until he said they had enough. She picked up her batch, and followed him back into camp and then the apprentice den. She worked with him to set up the nest, "Cats are missing from the clan?" she asked letting curiosity take over.

Meadowpaw nodded, slightly shaking from shock. Slowly, she helped get him over Frostfeather's shoulders. She sluggishly headed back to camp, not knowing what she'd tell Thornpaw.

Larksnow nodded, head down. "Of course. I didn't think of that. I was thinking of having enough food for the kits and elders."

Thornpaw thanked her and looked a little further until he spotted a Deathclan cat. (Any Deathclan cat available?)

Mysticwater gave a sigh of relief as she finally plucked the last feather from the bird. The long black feather and short downy feathers lay in individual piles. She was always sorting things like that. She thanked Starclan for the food before she began eating in quick neat bites.

Frostfeather padded behind Meadowpaw as they headed for camp. She gently nudged Meadowpaw each time she slowed or stopped.

Tigermoon flicked his tail. "They've already eaten." He mewed.

Sparkpelt ate happily with his family, enjoying the quality time.

"It's not myself that I'm worried about." Leafstar grumbled. "And it's eight by the way." She flicked her tail as she recalled the day she lost her first life, last green leaf.

After finishing her share, Bluesoul began cleaning the bits from her whiskers.
