The Pound is surprisingly helpful this year. It's always either an Uncommon or a pet from a litter that I got almost complete (which is a big help in my trying to reduce the pages of my WL).

Not sure why you'd think that...people donate them or are banned and that's where their pets go.

It's just that, in the four years I've been here, I've never seen an OMGSR in the pound, or in the list of pets not up for adoption yet.

Maybe it's changed, I'm not sure.

It hasn't changed, they've always been available. They get chosen extremely quickly when the pound opens. I've been here since 2012 and they've always been available.
