A '16 store pet is worth a late '10 rare, and two '10 rares = one '09 rare, and 30 C$ can get a late '09 rare. So for the first trade, they're offering the worth of three '09 rares plus a regular '10 rare and a few recent pets. The second trade is offering three '09 rares and a '10 rare that has enough demand to go for an '09 rare. Therefore, I'd say the second trade is the better offer.

A 2009 uncommon is worth a 2011 rare; a 2016 rare is barely worth anything when you're trading an old pet
It really depends on the person you're trading with, as warrior cats do have great demand. I mostly see an uncommon '09 warrior going for a 2009 rare each, but it's really upto you and your partner. A 2010 rare would be a reasonable offer
