RULES OR whatever:
-ONE PER PERSON!
-Don't remove the layers that have "DONT REMOVE" on them
-I will IMMEDIATELY decide not to do yours if you just make it look like an existing media character (pokemon characters, undertale characters, ect ect). You can use colors from them, but if I see you're just trying to get me to make a canine version of an existing character I'll just skip it.
-You must add me to the drawing. If I am not added I won't do the character.

edit 1/5/17: i will not be doing ones that are colored as a joke. this includes ones that are already done but not made into characters. if you want to color something as a joke, please use a different editable, thank you.
