It is set in the 1970s, during the time of the Marauders. Therefore, there will be no mention of the trio, and other students during the time set in the books but the parents will be. OCs are wanted in this but actual characters are accepted too.

Quidditch is a competitive sport in the Wizarding World.
Matches are played between two teams of seven players riding flying broomsticks, using four balls: a Quaffle, two Bludgers, and a Golden Snitch. Six ring-shaped goals are situated atop poles of different heights, three on each side of the pitch.
It is an extremely rough but very popular semi-contact sport, played by wizards and witches.

The job of the Chasers is to keep possession of the Quaffle, and try to score a goal (worth ten points) by throwing it through one of the opponents' three hoops. They can pass it among themselves, but only one player is allowed in the scoring area at any time.

The two Beaters have to protect the rest of the team from the Bludgers by hitting them at the other team with a wooden bat. They are usually the biggest and strongest of the team. They are not allowed to hit the Bludgers at the crowd, the referee, or the Keeper unless the Quaffle is inside the scoring area.

The Keeper has to protect the team's goal hoops by flying in front of them and stopping the opponents from throwing the Quaffle through them.

The Seeker's job is to catch the Golden Snitch before the opposing team's Seeker, thus ending the game and winning 150 points for their team. This almost always means that the successful Seeker's team wins.

HOW IT WORKS:
Teachers are given the special privilege of giving and taking away house points. The max points teachers are able to give and take away are 15 points at a time, with the exception of Professor Dumbledore and Professor McGonagall. You can gain points for your house by answering questions correctly, brewing potions perfectly, full scores on tests, helping other students, winning a quidditch game, etc. You can also lose points for misbehavior, interrupting a teacher, destroying property, etc. At the end of the year, the house with the most points will win the House Cup.

Angel hopped out of the Gryffindor common room window and flew down
on her stark white nimbus 2000 broom at a startling speed towards the field,
catching sight of a Slytherin on the grounds that had recently been rained on.
She grimaced and broke quickly, one centimeter away from the poor blokes
nose. Had she not, she may have broken the guys nose. Angel declared hotly,
"Gryffindor has the field today." She appeared quite impressive upon her broom, her
body and beautiful yet athletic build was suited for the role of a captain she she put
her heart and soul into every game. So much so, that she was known greatly for her
passionate practice drills.

Dumbledore sat behind his desk, behind the glasses which were fixed to rest on the ridge of his nose,
his light grey eyes skimmed over the many pieces of parchment containing letters of concern, addressing
various school equipment replacement applications and some student work. He hummed softly, his
fingers dancing across his desk as he read them over, deducting which were of greater importance to
him. However, eventually the silence in his office drew him to rise from his chair and wander into the
hallways. As he passed by the library, he peered in to notice a young hufflepuff named Blossom struggling
to study for her herbology class. It wasn't strange to find students facing difficulty, especially those with a
devotion to their studies.
