tbh my day will be completed if haikyuu's sports festival is animated. it was a short chapter, but a nice light break.

@Tendou - I would kill for a Shiratorizawa OVA tbh and yes the possibility that there will be some OVAs along the way seems super high at this point. Like I just know Haikyuu!! in Japan is still a pretty big moneymaker and to let that go and not animate anything else while there's still so much of the manga... Well it'd be a poor business decision, I think.

I also think the sports festival would make a great OVA, if not a great little series of shorts.

So I don't know if you guys have heard about the manga Welcome to the Ballroom, but it's getting an anime adaptation in July of this year! Since you're likely invested in Haikyuu!! being on this topic and all- I'd have to say I recommend it when it comes out. It's by the same studio and the animation is highly similar! Plus the way the animators interpreted the protagonist- he totally looks like a Kagehina lovechild from behind. ;3
