Literally overnight my Zebra hoard has jumped from over sixty to nearly a hundred. Lol!

Fastest it's grown in the six plus years I've been collecting them.

Does anyone here support/own a list pet hoard?
I don't know but it kinda bothers me. Let's say you hoard shima longtails and you have 20. So many people actually search for it and overpay while that person hoarding them just keeps them in a group forever. It lowers the demand and I just think there's no point in trying to get 50 sunbacks.
Just my opinion though, not trying to offend anyone. I just don't see the point in getting rid of all your lists just to get the same pet over and over again when you won't even do anything with them afterwards.

Who are we to say they "don't do anything with them afterwards"? If those pets spark joy in their owner that's enough of a reason for them to keep them and we can't tell anybody otherwise.
I mean, okay, when I have a bad day and things don't go my way it's easy to get even more frustrated when I see someone who has 50+ [insert any rares list store pet here]. For me, honestly, the "but they keep other people from getting them, too" argument can only be applied to items and store pets, because they don't get re-released, and then it still stand: Is the joy of another person getting this pet really more imporant than their owners' joy of having them? Is our joy really more important than anybody else's? Is there nothing else that can make me happy?

Note to those hoarding aforementioned pets & items: That's only on my bad days and I am working on training my brain to be less negative. It's not your fault if things don't go my way, and I absolutely support any and all of you guys hoards! ♥

Do you really think hoarders get their pets for free? They have to overpay too. We are all ignoring all old accounts with rotting pets. I don't see people complaining about that. What about all these pets? Would you like them? Yes. Anyone would. But just because one of them is your dreamie, does that mean they never liked the pet? Does that mean you would love it more?

My point is, list pet hoarders have earned each one of their 100 sunbacks, just like you have earned your one. It just means they worked harder to get more. While you're looking to get all 200 of your dreamies, they're using their fodder, (on account and sometimes even off), to get more of their one.

(Not sure if putting the link is against the rules? They've been inactive for 4 years, and I'm not saying we should have their pets, I know they could come back any time)

As a small note, we've had the list hoard discussion on here many, many times, and this thread is meant to be a place of discussion for all hoards, and all are welcome here. The first post lists a rule to keep negative opinions towards hoarding to ourselves, so if you'd like to discuss the ethics of list hoarding, it'd be best to take it to PM.

I'm happy; thanks to a trade with In The Darke earlier, I got another ozone deer for my hoard ♥

While they are an endless hoard, my milestone goal would be 40, so I can name them after a set of characters.
No idea what to do for names after I hit that goal, tho xD Maybe move on to different characters from the same game.

You think list hoarders don't overpay? They do quite often. So what if they have a million and 5 of my dream pets? They worked for them.

I find no one really complains when its a 'lower' demand pet people hoard, specially list, because its one of their only shots at a fair trade.

Liontails used to have like no demand, so I've been told by quite a few older users on my hunts for them.

And the thing about dreamies, is people like me can help with that stuff. People used to trade me liontails for specific pets they wanted, which were usually dreamies. I tracked down numerous may/june/pps lion/esses, many a malk smiles/dragons etc, so people could have their dream pets for a pet that makes me happy. In some cases I overpaid a lot, more so they could have a dreamie than me just getting a liontail

Named them after the armour in Skyrim given by Boethiah that poisons close range targets in sneak mode love that armour.

Ive started hoarding these ponies, because of the puzzle pieces.

I have a form of autism, and the puzzle piece is a symbol for autism awareness.

On a nationwide level, the Puzzle Piece symbol reflects the mystery and complexity of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Also, since every puzzle piece is different in some way, a puzzle piece accurately represents the diversity of the individuals affected.

It's just kinda my own thing, I guess. Not many people can relate but that's fine with me.

I told myself I would go to bed because I am SO tired from these trips. It's ridiculous how sleepy I am right now. I have to catch up on my YT videos, my writing, but more importantly, my hoards. I am going to be doing a bunch of offsite auctions thanks to Eldemore. So many hoards...just a quick updates in link form. I have been STRUGGLING with my Demonic hoard since they came out.

I am so happy with my draft horses. I was screaming as SOON as I saw them from Christmas because I fell in love with those. Especially the PPS ones. Somehow everyone gets a little bit of grief from their hoards, but I try to stay away from that. We all have our dreams on CS after all. Doesn't matter what dream, we just all have goals and dreams. Whether it's completing a collection or hoarding. Can't be faulted for being human.

Ive actually been pondering trading off my raven dog just to finish the hoard up, but I lost my sheet I was using to keep track of how many I had of each so boo me.
