Gremlin's Big Adventure (Or the Day He Gave a School a "Heart Attack")
Gremlin had been staying in a luxurious aquarium set up in the local kindergarten school for about a week now. He was here temporarily until his owner's new rack system got in. Gremlin was fine with it though, he had a lovely rock under a basking lamp and a cozy hide. That didn't mean he wouldn't take a chance of adventure if it happened upon him.

It was one day while the students were at lunch when the teacher was cleaning his tank out. The teacher had put him in a bucket with a lid. Unfortunately, the lid wasn't on properly and Gremlin was quick to take advantage of this. He used his muscles to push the lid off and onto the floor before swiftly slithering out before the teacher even processed what was happening. Gremlin made a swift dash out the classroom door as the teacher let out an alarmed call.

As the snake moved down the hall, teachers and the janitor leaped onto nearby chairs and counters to avoid the rambunctious snake. The school's police officer on the other hand was standing there cracking up... that was until he noticed that Gremlin was steaming on in the direction of the cafeteria... which was currently full of kindergarteners. The man leapt for the snake, but Gremlin avoided him, slithering on in determination. The little snake slipped through a crack in the door and into the sites of about 35 little kids.

Gremlin innocently flicked his tongue as shrieks (some gleeful, the others fearful) fill the air before he suddenly felt something warm grab him stomach. Gremlin was lifted up and pulled back through the cafeteria doors. Before he knew it, he was placed back into a clean tank and properly locked in. Gremlin just hissed happily and went back to his warm rock to relax after all that adventure.

The legend of the escape artist snake would forever be told in the local town for generations.
