there is no set value for the cinnabon at this point - it has not been placed on the rares list. the only thing we know is that it will be a mainlist, so it is up to you to decide how much you want for it. i've seen it go from sorbets to nons, and rarely mkre

This would be untrue, we don't know the value of the cinnabun. It is going for quite a lot right now due to demand and the newness of the pet
