You walk in to a huge country club filled with dozens of 2008 Balloon Dogs. You are immediately distracted by a huge banner that says the newest members. A certain Pink Balloon makes its way up to you a greets you by jumping up on you.

"Hello there, my name is Hope, and I am the leader of this club. '08 Pink, Blue, and Non Balloon Dogs are welcome always. Of course, they can be re-releases too. Now come," she says in a soft voice. "You shall not regret your stay."

Rules:

As you make your way through the crowded country club, you see some policies posted. You stop just for a moment to read them before Hope grasps your attention again.

~Stay on topic! You can talk about anything related to CS, as long as it isn't too broad. (i.e. NO: I like the archive! YES: I love the balloon dogs! I can't wait until I get one! YES: I hope I win this Non Balloon auction! YES: Haha! Sundogs ftw...or Balloons?! I can't decide which army to stay loyal to!)
~Don't complain about how you want a balloon dog so badly. All Balloons were earned. No, they didn't just fall from the sky.
~This is not a dream pet organization! We will help you find auctions etc., but we cannot "help you get"(aka giving you one by force, which is considered begging in that case) a balloon dog. Again, we all earned ours.

Just as you skim over the last of the rules, Hope pulls you along. "C'mon, we can't waste any time!" Hope exclaims. Following the eager dog, your eyes wander aimlessly around the massive building. Balloon dogs everywhere were buzzing around, playing on laptops, eating snacks, competing in various things, and even dancing! You almost run into Hope when she stops abruptly next to a podium with a huge stack of forms on it.

Hope then drags you to the contest stand where many excited dogs wait in line. "Here is where you enter contests of any sort. These can include story contests, fan art contests, or dress up contests! There could be many prizes, such as winning pets or becoming part of the team by getting a job such as a Question Helper, Mini-Mod, etc. Speaking of jobs," Hope said. "There is one more thing I want to show you before you can enjoy your stay further by checking out the other fun activities here!"

You jog to a bulletin board with Hope. It has many notices posted regarding various things, but there is one notice that Hope brings to your attention. "Here are the job forms if you want to apply. There are so many possibilities! Mini-Mods make sure the rules are followed and keep the thread from getting off-topic and dramatic. If it gets to out of hand, a CS Moderator will need to handle it."
