i think i've finally decided some goals for my hoards & where i'll be ending them at.

so, like many people are hoarding the stocking dogs, i am too. every single one of them. i'm at 287 of them currently, with my goal maybe being 500?? ok even just typing that seems a bit insane since a lot of people are hoarding them, but they seem fairly easy to collect. but i really didn't expect to get nearly 300 so quick?? and most of them were gifts so i'm really happy because everyone is so sweet tbh.

as for the dragons that were released the other day during the advent, they seem a bit harder to collect. my goal is 50 and i'm stopping there, just four to go! i'm really excited to finish this hoard because i've been hoarding them since they came out.

same goes for the little chickens that were released during the advent (jeez, i finally started hoarding more because of this advent). they're eh to get - kinda easy, but i'm not so sure where to stop. probably at 100 though, that seems like a nice number. pretty much 50 to go. cx

also recently i made a post about hoarding all rats. which, is going somewhat ok i suppose? nearly 900 of them though, and i'm excited about that! i'm hosting a few auctions to hopefully get me lots more rats to add to my lovely collection. i'm not trying to beat the record on cs, that seems a bit crazy, but i'm still hoping to get kinda high up there, you know? c:

question; how many of you hoard store pets? do/did you buy them with your own c$, and is it hard for you to trade for them?
the chia lion set is my first store hoard, and 2nd vrh, and i don't mind it, though it's certainly running my older pet reserve dry. i'd also like to hoard skelebuns and ravens sometime, but in the distant future-

I dont buy my own, at most I buy one set and just try to swap, patience is key though, as some folk get funny about trading store pets for non-store pets, which os a bit of a pain

I hoard Butterfly Wolves! In general, actually, I just love collecting them. Butterfly Wolves were my favorite pets on CS when I first joined, and that love never stopped, though I've just started aggressively hoarding them.
My favorite part of hoarding them is getting any PPS Butterfly Wolf, though I have a few favorites:

I have a sizable hoard of the Hanukkah and Christmas PPS Wolves, which I'm satisfied about!

I have a goal to eventually get every Butterfly Wolf, including the UR Peach one and the List one C:

Right now my hoard is almost to 500 and still growing!

I never overpay for my hoard. I know Butterfly Wolves aren't always the highest in demand, so I will pay exactly what they're worth.

I know this is more of a 'collection', than a hoard -- but I have many, many multiples of the ones I really want!

I have one store pet hoard - the winged dogs from October-November. It's a mini hoard currently, with a goal of just 20. I have 15 - I bought my first set, but I wouldn't buy more than one. I got my other two in an auction, for major underpay on my part somehow. I haven't had luck traidng for my last set for a couple months though, everyone wants major overpay for them (so many pets that it adds up to a mid advent sometimes) which I'm not willing to pay

i hoard the store rats, but they are hard to find, and impossible to trade for, and i honestly dont remember how many sets i bought with my own C$ o.O that was three years ago xD
