The Red-X PPS for the Rose PPS?

I have a feeling it's unfair to the Rose PPS (but I'd like an answer from someone more enlightened than myself). If it is, what should be added to the Red-X PPS side?

It is unfair. I believe another September should fix it up.

I would say the first one because the dog is orignally from 08 and most people don't like horses much and those horses just turned rare.\
