Both the July Lioness and the August PPS Cub have super high demand, and usually go for mid Advents. Occasionally, low Septembers, if you're lucky. Don't use the three month rule for either, they have incredibly high demand.

Most UR Fruits/Plants have low demand, so the UR Lion has better demand. It's only about average though, a bit spiked at the moment from the rerelease. The UR Lion usually fetches something from it's tier, or a low demand pet from an above tier. It's a good pet to trade down for quantity. The UR Peach is also good to trade down for quantity or a much lower high-demand Main List.
