Thrushleap laid in the center of the camp, picking at her vole every now and then. Really, her mind was elsewhere at the moment - her sister, Cloudtuft, was sleeping, anyway, so it's not like she'd have anyone to talk to. She wasn't.. often talked to.

"No." Leafpaw raised her paw to her face and licked it, soon after drawing it over her ear - her fur was ruffled in those spots. She set her paw down again and continued to watch Finchstar with narrowed eyes.

"I.." Juniperfrost stood up, his head still bowed. "I need to think." With that, he turned around, leapt over a bush, and ran off, deeper into the woods.

Duskfall

Duskfall watched the two battle, his eyes widening in surprise. Leafpaw was certainly a good fighter, already.. while she wasn't quite the best yet - he'd noticed her footing was off slightly - he could tell she'd grow up to be a great warrior to the clan. She was rude, sassy, and just plain mean at times, he knew the clan would be happy to have her.. eventually. Not now. She was a nuisance.

Owlfeather grumbled to herself, sitting up in a tree overlooking the camp. She complained about things often, and this just so happened to be one of those times. Currently, pine needles were falling onto her head from squirrels running about in the branches above her, but she just didn't feel like standing up and doing anything about it.

goldenflame sighed. "on it." he said. "good thing I did that earlier." he said, carefully hooking a small leaf bundle on his claw, waiting for leafpaw.

he smiled. "of course, dapplekit! we're friends!".

she slowly made her way back to the nursery. "you aren't the only one." she whispered.

ivysting entered camp, from a hunting trip. she carried a small bird in her mouth, and put in on the fresh kill pile, before sitting in the warriors den and washing her long, thick, grey fur.

Juniperfrost stopped in a small clearing, sheltered by trees. He crawled into a hollow underneath a tree, and curled up into a ball. He sighed, frowning.

she saw ashkit playing with dapplekit, and sighed. i understand he may not want to look after these two... but i've done that on my own since ashkit was born. she thought.

"I'm not but okay, you can think whatever you want, ya lil special snowflake, you." Leafpaw stood up and padded towards the fresh-kill pile, where she took a rabbit off the top. She backed up a little bit and laid down again, and that was where she started eating it.

he looked shocked. "i'm not an accident!" he yelled. ashkit was yes, the oldest kit in the nursery but by far the weakest. "i'm as normal as any other cat, except i don't have to listen to smokekit all day, and i can just turn my head and ignore him."
