Highly unfair to you. Only 1 list. Eventhough the rest have good demand you won't even be able to get a main list with those pets.
Maybe a high sept

I'm not too good with list trades, but from what I can tell, their side adds up to about a low to mid September list (more likely mid than low) while your UR Peach is a Main List. Unfair to you.

The BMD does have good demand, however it is still an advent list and the toxic is a mainlist so personally I'd say there overpaying. But get a second opinion.
