I wouldn't say it's fair for either. With the list and rares in that group, it adds up to around a high september at best. It doesn't reach the base value of the BA, let alone account for its demand. I would recommend trying to trade up the list for a better chance of getting either ^^

Value wise, their overpaying. Three 2016 store pets=three late 2010 rares=1.5 late 2009 rares; their side is worth 2 late 2009 rares. Your 2015 rare and 3 2016 rares adds up to 2.5 2015 rares
