It was getting close to morning now. The night was short. Spade could not sleep, something was biting at him. Literally, biting him. "AH!!" he said, and jumped up. "What was that?" he said to himself.

Tox woke up with a great yawn, and looked at Spade.


Dream was still asleep between Tox and Queen. She was sprawled out between them, laying on her back.

Sarabi walked around, scenting the air as she went. "Another pride..." She murmured and walked a bit more carefully. She navigated her way through bushes and thorns, getting snared in a few thorns. A trickle of blood ran down her ear from the thorns but she ignored it and shook it off. As Sarabi reached a water source she lowered her head to get a drink, feeling vulnerable.
