No not at all, the Boar PPS is a 7th tier Advent and the malk horse isn't on the list at all.

Yes but the horse has a good demand since people tend to overpay for it

I'd personally keep the list pet. It's a 7th tier, I'd estimate the horse is probably valued at a 3rd to 4th tier advent.
