Yarrowpelt let out a purr of happiness. "You're a warrior now, Jake!" she meowed happily. "We can finally..." She didn't finish. What if he didn't want that yet? Did he want it ever? She turned away from him and the happy look in her eyes faded. "That is, if..." she trailed off.

after finally picking all the herbs she would need, willowbreeze looked down at the massive pile beside her. now how in starclan's name would she be able to get these back to the sanctuary for the traveling cats tomorrow? all of a sudden, she spotted movement in the corner of her eye. ah, it was the young warrior, birchfang. hoping he wouldn't mind being stuck helping a medicine cat, willowbreeze called out to him, "ah, birchfang?"

after searching around the camp, leopardstrike finally caught sight of goldenpaw with another apprentice, one he hadn't noticed recently. pinepaw was it? he padded over to the two, going over his new training regime with his apprentice as he got closer. "goldenpaw," the deputy called as he approached them, flicking his tail in greeting.

Sparrowpaw ears lowered slightly, he was sad he couldn't become a warrior today. So that means my ceremony is delayed for a whole moon. Though he was happy for the sanctuary cats who would be joining, he felt a little weary about the idea. Nobody really go to know them. Even the ones who did know things a out the cats still don't know everything. They could be evil, weak, or be on the verge of death because of some sickness. He laid down where he was sitting and watched the cats around him. Sparrowpaw has been introverted ever since he got here. Everyone was interacting with the sanctuary cats and having a fun time; enjoying not having to worry about predators or hunting.

Just before receiving a reply from the rather inconspicuous apprentice, another voice perked her attention and she jumped. Turning around to face her mentor, a half-hearted grin fleeted her face as she recalled the previous thoughts before and watched them dissipate. Of course her thoughts were unfounded, Leopardstrike was not like that, and would never be like that. "Hi Leopardstrike," she returned, glancing at the other apprentice beside her before redirecting her attention back to her mentor. "How was the meeting? What did you discuss? Something like where we're going? Or is it some super secret stuff you'd swear you won't tell me but then do?" Casting a cheeky smirk to her mentor, she straightened her back.

Nodding along to her statements, he smiled lightly as a grin ghosted her face as she recalled her memories. After her excited words, he figured she wouldn't be too much of a threat and stood back up, padding closer. "Do I ever!" He grinned. By the sounds of it, her statements indicated there were more clans out there, and he would have to alert Boulderstar about that later. "I have loads of them, but not all of them are about cats or happiness. Most stories are sad, and some get lost and corrupted by time, but there's always been one that's remained the same," he replied, voice dipping slightly to reach a deeper tone. It just seemed right, "ever heard of Starclan?"

Swishing his tail around his paws, he sat in front of her with a giant grin before remembering the goal. "Oh! Sorry, forgot about you being stuck!" He yelped, jumping to his paws and padding closer. Digging his paws into the dirt beside her head, he circled and dug at the edges of her head, hoping to loosen the dirt. Smacking his lips once the ground had been thoroughly shifted by his paws, he stepped back and indicated with his tail for her to try and pull herself out. "Oh yeah, by the way. I'm Cinderfoot, a cat of Amberclan."

Splashmoon blinked sleepily, tail flicking as she basked in the warm sun watching her two children wander and play. She wanted to protect them, guard them form all the evil in the world, keep them from the fate of their siblings, but she couldn't do it alone. The calico watched fondly as her smaller son Frostkit crept up on the two she cat's he seemed to have adopted. Flamefall was kind, and Noel seemed very sweet, when Frostkit had been born she thought he wouldn't make it through the night let alone his fathers rage. Yet here he was with awkward limbs trying to stalk the she cats he had befriended, happy and healthy despite the odds. She wanted to protect him from everything evil in the world, but keeping him isolated was no way to go about it.

Fogkit purred, bumping his mother's chin lightly as she watched Frostkit play with two she cats surprised she hadn't corralled him back. Taking this as a sign to wonder the little tom did just that, looking to explore this strange place. It didn't feel like much of a home and the smoke tom hoped that they left soon.

Ashmoon purred, long tail held high as he held a fat pigeon in his jaws looking around for his mate. The clan would be moving on soon, and hopefully she wouldn't have their kits until they had settled. Still starclan help them all if any of the little ones take after Orchidflame, the queen doing whatever she pleased when it suited her stubborn to the core.

Dappleheart yawned, stretching out her thin body and leaving thin marks in the dirt and hay. Boulderstar was dragging his paws, they would need to move on soon. The old warrior felt the familiar ache sink into her bones, she had been a good warrior and fought for many moons despite her blinded eye, but time waited for no one. Perhaps when they reach their new home she could talk to Boulderstar about the elders den. She was far from dying but the truth was she couldn't fight or hunt as well as she used to, and it was high time that the youth took her place among the warriors, as was the way of life.

Noel looked towards the fence with interest. She watched as the medicine cat came through, a few stems of miscellaneous herbs in her mouth. As she padded towards a cat who seemed big enough to be a warrior, Noel turned to Flamefall. "I don't know how you can remember everybody's name like this. I surely wouldn't be able to. Not yet, anyways." She admitted with a chuckle, looking back to the fence. She wondered how the herd of cats would just.. escape. There were at least twenty cats -- Noel questioned Boulderstar's thought process on the future event, but she knew that if Flamefall would listen to his words, she should as well.

Noel rested her head between her paws, relaxing her breathing. As she heard faint rustling near her, she opened one blue eye. After seeing nothing, she looked up and cocked her head to see Frostkit struggling to leap onto the rock she rested on. "Do you really still need help getting up here, Frostkit?" She inquired with a laugh.

Heather sat near Lachlan, minding her own business as she listened to their awkward conversation. She looked up to the two toms, watching as Lachlan grew uncomfortable with each passing second. She spoke up, trying to engage in more interesting conversation other than small talk. "You do realize that if those mousebrained twolegs see you, they'll bring you in here, right? Or are you just as mousebrained as them?" She snickered.

Icystep returned back to where the cats are and held the sparrow in her mouth. She wasn't sure where to put the prey but she sat down with the prey. After awhile she got tired and set it down in front of her. She lied down with her head on her paws and closed her eyes.

"I can join your clan?" Simon gasped, eyes wide with joy. She got up and followed Cinderfoot, jittering with excitement. She still didn't really understand what StarClan was, but she was only focused on the prospect of joining a clan. "So, like, I can become a warrior?" she asked, excitement swelling up inside her. She never really liked fighting, but being a warrior would be so cool! She couldn't wait to meet this leader cat, whoever they were. Maybe she could fight off badgers or foxes and become the most popular cat in the clan! Maybe even the leader! The naive young cat didn't know about the hardships in a warrior's life, instead she thought that the clan life was all about glory and bravery.

"yes, well, i was picking traveling herbs for the journey tomorrow, but since we have so much, i need help carrying these back to the sanctuary," she finished cheekily, getting to the mound of different textured leaves by her side. "do you mind? i know warriors hate to be burdened by boring medicine cat work," willowbreeze laughed.

leopardstrike broke into a purr as he smoothed his tail over goldenpaw's head. "ever the chatterer, aren't you?" he laughed, sitting down in front of his apprentice. "i was just asking boulderstar about the journey tomorrow, and about the apprentices' training," leopardstrike mewed, his thoughts of a new training regime for goldenpaw resurfacing.

Tornado curled up on a warm nest that she had patially dug out of a large pile of hay and lined with as much soft stuff as she could find.

"kits, come here and sleep now. we need to be up early tomorrow and we have a long day ahead of us." Tornado called to her kits as she made sure there was enough room for all of them.

she did hope that she would be able to get a little help tomorrow. she figured that Pebblepond would probably be willing to help her with the kits, and Splashnose would more then likely help as well since she had her two kits to think about too. if she remembered right, she also thought that Splashnose had about three friends that would more then likely help as well. she just hoped that her kits would behave tomorrow.

fleetingly, as she waited for her kits to settle in, she wondered where Yew was. she knew that they were far from the old forest, and she hoped that he would not be able to follow them here.

Yew spoke in a friendly enough tone, but the gleam in his eyes suggested that he would not take no for an answer.
