Oops I hope I'm not one of those people who just hoards inventory items and leaves them to rot. xD I'm still trying to figure out what to do with my items, but I have a rough plan for my tank. pwp Maybe I'll stuff all of my items into the tank xD

-maybe a recolor of the polar bear for like... a panda bear, grizzly bear, black bear, something like that...?

-additionally, i know i would definitely order an aquarium if some axolotls were available. i think it would be okay to put them up for auction if a players not been active for, say, 3months or so?

idk just some suggestions. i really love the stockings, i was thinking a similar concept could work but with a small drawstring pouch? i could pm you if you would be interested in what i mean lol.

i also think the pinecones and berry clusters would be nice to keep year round- theyre versatile and can be used a lot of ways, like berries on trees or on a birdhouse jar.

The axolotls will be taken from inactive people for now, and I certainly know some people who aren't coming back- you can expect them soon :B
Ah, the drawstrings would be really cool, but it'd be tough to do as a regular jar, sorry. For future jar giveaways, maybe!
Will do, I'm also planning on keeping the snowdrift and possibly the bows. A lot of people have made snow themed jars and didn't have any actual snow to work with.

salso i would prefer a writing contest since i (and a lot of other people) don't do digital art much!! also art is harder because there might be a few people who are really good at digital art, but probably not everyone has that skill <:

aaaaaand the puppers or cattos be auctioned for pets right? how much are they worth?? since i don't have many list or high demand pets that i'm not using to save up for stuff

alsossososoo what about an octopus animal/jar!! a little octopus holding a globe or glass circle or something c: it would be cute when you realease the palm trees and treasure chests also little horses (as an equestrian i think this would be cool) and kangaroos !! or maybe different types of birds?? or ones that can sit on the jar or made to be used w the birdhouse??

If it was an art contest, it'd probably be a design one (like a logo or mascot, even though we clearly have george), so it wouldn't be based off of skill, just concept!
They'll be auctioned off for sea glass, just like the "leftover animals" from the aqua event. Starting price would be 500 ish. I've no idea where it'll go from there :B

I remember when the Aboretum hadn't even been named yet. When the jars had started out on an interest check thread with many people expressing their excitement for the very unique idea, as well a giving suggestions. I was one of the first to get a jar, and boy was that a long time ago. Now look at how far the Aboretum has gone -- there are more than a hundred jars that have been given out. How about all of you? When did you get your first jar, and how popular was the Aboretum when you got your jar?

And I really wanted that gold Axolotl to "name" it Bill Cipher and put it in a jar with a deer statue and some other things. (Because he says X-O-L-O-T-L and it's very similar and he pulls out a deer's teeth when he's first introduced, haha I even sold my biggest dreamie at the time, the Malk Smiley, to get it and ended up not winning ;n;) I'd be really excited to join a giveaway or raffle or even an auction of sorts of an Axolotl if you decide to do one! c:

Hello! I was probably around at a similar time to you. I actually suggested the name "Arboretum" and I think I got one of the first ever custom items and a jar from it?? xD I was quite happy.
Though I kind of hang around the outskirts in this community, I like to participate in the events and such. I also like the calm and friendly environment here... and on a website for children, it's really nice to get away from it and hide here. pwp

i joined a few months ago i think? it wasn't nearly as popular as it is now, but i'm super glad to see the community growing like it has! i also stalked and planned for about 2 weeks before ordering my first non-starter jar and fell in love cx

I think I joined with my first only a month or so after it opened, or maybe a little less. I've been rather bad at ordering jars though ^_^' but I definitely want to use my items, I've just gotta decide how...
