Despite this happening months ago, it still happens to this day and amuses me because of how strange it is.

Several months ago, my family realized we were getting less and less post than usual. We used to get quite a few letters, but all of a sudden, we got barely any. We knew it wasn't our postal service, as we would still get the occasional letter and always get parcels, but we didn't know what was going on.
This went on for about a month, until one day, I came home and walked over to my dog, who was sat on his chair (yes, my dog has his own chair ;u;) and from underneath the pillow on his chair, I noticed something sticking out. I moved him out of the seat gently, and lifted up the pillow, to find a pile of our missing letters. Turns out, our dog had been stealing our post and hiding it under his pillow. We don't know why he does this, but he continues to do it to this day, and each week we have to check under his pillow for our missing letters.

It just amuses me because of how strange it is. Most dogs would hide food or toys, but no. Our dog hides our post.
Junk mail, letters from relatives, bank statements, we've probably found all of those on his chair at some point.

At least he doesn't rip up your post (or by the sounds of it, he doesn't). My dog has actually ruined the front door as he has scratched it that much. He ripped up one of my birthday cards that had money in it once! Luckily the money was fine but I still wasn't very pleased.

My dog makes me laugh as he does this weird thing before he lays down. I remember him coming into my room and messing up my whole bed because he kept "digging" my bed sheets in order to get comfy. He also does little circles about fifty times before finally curling up and laying down, usually only to get up about five seconds later

so I just checked my google play music online because I figured out how to show you how many times you've listened to something

and I've fallen in love with twenty one pilots's song hometown and have listened to it at least thirty times within three days
but even after refreshing, it only shows up as listened to it once

google changed the google doodle to say happy birthday to me and when i hover over it, it says my name.

im literally flattered
sure its 10 PM on the 23rd of december and my birthday is on the 24th, when i click it it says 24th, so its fine.

i am way to happy about this, thanks google.

after my account's been deleted for inactivity, i don't really care bc i am in fact inactive there, i tried to start over. only to find that, imo, Howrse has finally upgraded itself out of being playable - i don't know what other features they've changed but that tutorial is the most obnoxious dang thing ever.
i just find it mildly hilarious how many games there are that, upon losing some market, begin to upgrade and release expansions so much that they actually kill off their own player base. over-compensating with constant expansions was a huge marker of the decline of Everquest, the literal mother of all fantasy MMOs. now a lot of people have never even heard of it - many players left EQ for more stable games. Some went to DAoC, but ultimately that game was killed out by WoW's release. then WoW pushed a tad too far with their expansions, doing away with most of the original game, and a great chunk of their users left them. they compensated with yet another poorly-placed expansion, and even more quit. supposedly the expansion after those two made up for it a little, but do you see where i'm going here. overcompensation through excessive updating and expansions can and has brought down games with incredible player-bases, some starting off with thousands to millions of players and being reduced to mere hundreds - and yet the mistake keeps being repeated through games of all genres, download or forum. apparently some companies still haven't caught on to moderate their releases.

right so basically there's this comic coming out next year involving skeleton reapers post-death and the author is reusing an older character of her's in the story that she already has in another story, however he had ended up dying. so like,
all of the characters are named after spices. salt, pepper, cardamom, chili powder.
and like, and then we have the reused character, parsley.
who's original name was joey von krause.
and just.
