Mika looked behind her as he entered the room shutting the door behind him before plopping down on the bed he didn't take. She awkwardly sat there before finally her curiosity got the best of her. Her gaze made its way to him to see what he was doing, and she instantly froze eyes widening. He was a sight to behold, and she felt her mouth go dry before her cheeks went scarlet. She quickly looked away clearing her throat as she moved to take off her own boots. She then slipped off her own armor, but kept a tunic on that engulfed her form as if it was nothing. In more relaxed attire she sat on her own bed, and once more looked at him only to get a smile. She couldn't help, but smile back due to it. Realizing there was silence she got up padding over to him before plopping down on the ground to take one of his feet in her hands. Slowly she began to run her thumbs along it massaging it as she spoke her tone soft," So tell me about yourself, or what you feel comfortable telling me. Your obviously a man with history so I won't pry." She glanced up at him her eyes back to being their warm amber selves before dropping again to the task at hand. Didn't she just apologize for being in his personal space, and yet here she was again. It was like she couldn't help herself, and she didn't know why. Maybe she felt like she owed him? She let these thoughts turn over in her head as she waited for him to speak. After a moment though she paused pulling off the pouch that held the gem before placing it beside him on the bed. "Just in case you don't trust me to hold it tonight." She said with a smirk then went back to massaging again.

The male saw her cheeks flare up and he didn't understand why but then he flinched slightly as she all of sudden began to massage his feet. He wasn't exactly comfortable with someone touching his feet but it did feel nice so he leaned back and relaxed slightly. He watched as she placed the stone on the table. "I never said I didn't trust you." He said calmly.The male looked to the female and shrugged. "Well when I was a hatchling; like most argonians I was born in Black marsh, far from Skyrim. I was born into a family that was a long line of Hist Tree protectors. Once when my father became too old to protect the Hist Tree I would be next in line but that's not what I wanted my life to be. I wanted to be an explorerer. I want to travel all of Tamriel and make something of my life." He sighed slightly. "I've been to many places before I came to Skyrim. Skyrim is very different compared to other's in Tamriel. It's almost too hard to explain." His voice was tender as he spoke of his adventures. "I've been in skyrim for about a year now; which has been the longest amount of time that I've ever stayed in one place." Hanzar closed his eyes for a moment. "When I left, my father shunned me from the rest of my family and I havnt returned since I left. I never looked back but I am so curious and I want to know what became of my family." He opened his eyes and he shifted his amber gaze to the khajiit. "What of yourself?" Hanzar asked curiously.

Mika noticed his flinch this time making her hands still, but when he leaned back she continued. Had he been doing that this whole time, and she was so stupid to not notice it? She suddenly really wanted him to be okay with her touch..at least to were he didn't flinch. She didn't speak as he talked, but she did flash him a smile as he committed on her remark about him not trusting her. He was right he never said that, but folks found it hard to trust her species. He seemed to look past that okay, and maybe that was because his own species wasn't treated like they should be. Her attention went back to her making sure the soreness was gone from his travels as he mentioned his family, and what he wanted in life. She knew it was coming, and when he asked about herself she paused resting his feet in her lap to stare up at him. "I'm sort of similar. I do not know my parents or even if their alive. I was found abandoned in the mountains by a merchant as a cub. He raised me, and taught me his way of life. He was a kind man, but like you I did not see myself staying with him being a merchant. I like to travel myself, and left as soon as I could. Now looking back at it I left too soon..life on the road is very tough, and I didn't know how to defend myself like I should. No matter, I'm alive enjoying my travels - meeting a new friend." She winked softly at him before going back to massaging once more. "There really isn't much else about me. I just hunt, and sell the skins to make a living. I like simple things..that gem is really the first expensive thing I ever bought with my money. I really would like to buy me some land..make a home. I fear that requires being a Thane though, and well just look at me Hanzar. I am not much of a fighter..I get by with my charms, and the fact I am such a damsel. If that doesn't suffice then I am very good at fleeing, and disappearing." She shrugged her shoulders as her tail weaved itself back, and forth behind her before curling around her body to lay on the floor. Still its tip twitched lazily as if she was content, and maybe she was.

Hanzar straighten himself and looked at the khajiit. He listened to her intently as she spoke. "Well, I could make a warrior out of you. It's not has hard you think. Or I could just teach you to defend yourself." He said calmly. The argonian looked to his left and saw some ale. Taking his feet, he placed them on the ground and walked over to the bottle and popped it open. He took a swig of the sour substance and coughed as it had been a while since he had a drink. Placing the drink back down on the table he walked back over and laid down on the bad and placed his arms above his head and folded his hands behind his head.

I looked at the night stand and grabbed the cup of water, and out it to my lips. The water made my chest feel a bit better and I sighed,"You see, Im the Thane of Windhelm, and Ulfric is a symbol of power and the fact that his Thane, got knocked out by a horse, thats not something to brag about. I had to earn my spot as thane, now im going to look like some milk drinker." I frowned and put the cup to my lips. I sighed, my head spinning and my ribs aching, was I over reacting?

The male shrugged. "Well I'm sure he doesn't have to know about being knocked out by your own horse. It's not like every detail needs to be told to him. If you were returning home, just tell him you stopped at Dawnstar for a night to get some rest." Durak sighed before he stroked his beard. "You can rest here tonight. If you need anything I'll be right out there." The male said calmly before leaving the room and walking to where the fireplace was.

Mika sat still as he pulled away her eyes following him as he moved about only wincing when he took the swig of ale. She eyed the bottle contemplating if she wanted to try it, but thought better of it. She wasn't much of a drinker, and really didn't need to get drunk in this situation. Maybe if she was alone, and could lock the door. Seeing his was relaxed on the bed she rose trotting over to her own to slip into the sheets letting out a loud purrr as she sunk into the mattress. It had defiantly been a very long time since she slept on something so soft. Her back was to Hanzar, but she heard his words her thoughts already swirling on the idea. "You would give up your time for such a thing?" She asked disbelief in her soft words as she studied the wall in front of her. "You only agreed to a couple days..such a thing could takes a long time." She sighed as her tail wrapped about one of her legs her eyes turning into slits as she fought sleep for his reply. He had the stone..he could just leave. Yet she didn't think he would, and she didn't know why she had just an impression of him already. "Though I wouldn't mind traveling with you..Its been awhile since I had company on the road."

The male shrugged slightly at her responce. "The extra time wouldn't bother me. I don't have a time restraint so I could take weeks. Just as long as I return with the stone I will be fine." Hanzar said calmly before shifting in the bed slightly. His tail hung off to the side as he stared at the ceiling. "I'm not one to really accept the company of anyone but I guess if you want to come with me on my travels then you're welcome too. I'm not much fun to be around." He said blatantly. A yawn came upon the argonian before he covered himself with the warm and soft furs.

Mika smiled as he said she could come, and felt a purr trying to escape her throat. She held it in check before saying softly as she heard his yawn. "I would appreciate it. See you in the morn Hanzar." She kept it short knowing he must be really tired. She herself could feel her eyes closing on their own sleep clawing at her as warmth settled into her bones. Her breathing slowed as she drifted off her body slowly moving into a ball. It would be the first night in a very long time she let herself completely go under..as for once in a long time. She felt safe, and warm.

He nodded; though to himself before turning towards the wall to no longer crush his tail anymore then it already was. "Good night Mika." Hanzar said calmly before pulling up the warm furs. The male slowly began to drift off into sleep.

Hanzar woke up quietly and lifted himself to a sitting position. He stretched his arms and yawned before looking over to see Mika was still asleep. The male scratched the back of his neck before silently getting out of bed. He walked over to a bag that was on the floor which held a clean shirt for him. His bare scales in the cool room began to make him chilly. Hanzar grabbed the shirt and tossed it onto his bed. He also grabbed his weapons and gently placed them on his bed as well. The male sat down at the table a shoved a piece of bred in his mouth before washing it down with a swig of water.
