It's where you get someone's name and you get them a gift. But you don't tell them it's from you, you do it some roundabout way and leave clues.

I'm not sure how that would work on CS though.

So basically you and a group of friends decide to have a Secret Santa instead of exchanging gifts. You all draw names and you have to get a gift or gifts for the person you drew the name of. But you have to do it secretly, they can't know it was from you. Unless you want to leave clues which is fun too.
