Wind raced around the clearing and leaped over the log, rock, stump and over the humans post. He raced up the leaning tree trunk and leapt into the oaks branches. He grabbed onto a fraying rope with his teeth and jumped out of the tree just missing the small shallow pond where he had once used to splash around and play in when he was a pup. Then he raced around the obstacles following at first a human footpath that soon veered out of the clearing. He then raced along the line of trees that edged one side of the clearing he pulled up just before the oak after having run alon the leaning tree trunk once more. He dipped his muzzle into the pond and lapped up the refreshing water, then he lay down and licked off all the mud, before padding over to his catch frm earlier that day; 2 rabbits, 3 mice and a blackbird. He padded back to camp with them and put them on to the pile.

Crystal padded out of her den, stretching slightly. The sunlight peeled back against her blue eyes, which glittered a bit like gems. She sat down, letting the sun bath her fur with warmth.
