The sorbets and grapes are on the same tier, though fruits generally don't have good demand. Rarity wise, the extra rare isn't needed, but having demand included, depending on how you value the grapes, it's a bit unfair to the sorbet.

true dates are worth the same as a rerelease, so the date doesn't factor in.

Im not sure, you may need to ask someone else, but it should be traded for other list pet around its worth. i suggest you dont trade your pet until it grows up/you learn about how much its worth, because its pretty valuable
