The brown and white tom buried his prey near a tree and padded over to the mouse scent. He stalked the mouse and killed the mouse in one bite. He took the pieces of prey and walked back to the camp.

Fallenpaw exhaled and looked up at Duskpaw, "You shouldn't blame yourself," he replied, "you should trust StarClan and their choices." He paused for a moment, before continuing, "We live ready to sacrifice ourselves for our Clan, and that is what he did. You should be proud that you could have had a loyal mentor like him, and stop trying to take all the blame." The young tom flicked his tail, careful to not make any contact this time, as he kept his gaze on Duskpaw.

Silverstar nods "Meeting dismissed!" She climbs down the high rock, slightly limping, and pads over to the entrance of her den and sits down, watching her clan.

Daisytail nods and stands as the meeting is dismissed. "I'm going to go on a walk Icesong. I just need to think." She meows before padding out of camp and through the forest. She catches the scent of a clan cat. Maybe that's Crowfeather! She thinks. She pads towards the scent and comes across Crowfeather sleeping by a tree. She sits down besides him and paws his head gently. "Hey sleepy head. What are you doing out here? You missed a meeting." She meows quietly.

Pebblepaw stiffens a bit as Fallenpaws tail brushes her back. She quickly relaxes again and looks at Duskpaw. "Duskpaw, Starclan makes everything happen for a reason. It was just Hollowstorms time to go. It wasn't your fault at all." She says comforting one of her best friends.

Dottedclaw dropped his kills in the fresh kill plie. He decided to take a little nap and he crawled into the warriors den went to the corner and slept for the afternoon.

Blinking gratefully, she murmured a thanks to the other apprentices and noticed her new mentor looking at her. She decided to stop ignoring the fact that Hollowstorm was gone so she padded over to her. "Sorry if i was ignoring you... It's just.. a little hard to take in" She murmured.

Knowing he was near Lakeclan territory, Cosmo strolled along the borders between Lakeclan territory and nobody's territory. He noticed a mouse creeping along the bracken and pounced, killing it with a swift bite to it's neck. Flicking it back under the bracken with his tail, not even turning round to look. He had spotted some marigold. This made him think of the infected wound his brother had and he instinctively snatched it up before looking around to check if there were any cats to spot him on Lakeclan territory.

A vole in his mouth, Storm padded about the bracken, his stinging wound from a fox growing worse by the second. He spotted a small rabbit snuffling at some leaves and he instinctively dropped into the hunters crouch. With a swipe of his paw he had knocked the rabbit in the direction of his fangs and the rabbit jumped, dazzled right into his teeth. He finished it off with a swift bite to it's neck. "Nice catch, I haven't seen that before." He spotted a flash of black fur and he saw a Lakeclan apprentice pad toward him. "Aren't you a bit young to be out alone? Aha!" Duskpaw had just seen Cosmo, with a clump of marigold, approach. "Stealing herbs, are we? What a shame. Now you have to hand it over, even after you've found it!" She mocked with a cruel laughter in her eyes.

Echolight sat in camp. It was busy as usual with cats coming and going. The apprentices and a fee warriors were in a large group. She considered taking her apprentice out but decided against it. Instead she decided to go hunting. She looked around for any cats that might want to come with her.

Skylar was really restless the whole day. Her back leg screamed in pain and only got worse when she tried to move or put any amount of weight on it. Her stomach growled but she ignored it. She had gone hungry longer than one day before. Besides, there wasn't much she could do about it. There was no way she would be hunting.

Nightblaze padded into the camp. He was just returning from a hunting trip and had a squirrel and a finch both in his mouth. He dropped them both in the growing fresh-kill pile.

He smiled at Duskpaw, before sighing and laying down on the ground, tucking his paws underneath himself neatly. Fallenpaw rested his head on the ground, looking up at the sky, then over at Pebblepaw with a shine in his eyes, before looking away quickly to not make it obvious.

Firepaw watched the other apprentices and wondered what could lift their spirits, "What could we do?" She asked the others. "I mean...It feel pretty good out today..." She said happily, wishing that she could go out and do something productive for once.
